Fish caught in fishing grounds across Japan are packaged in fresh condition and sent without passing through the central wholesale market, so you can receive your fish in the freshest condition.
The flow of fresh fish delivery is as follows.
First, experienced buyers bid directly for the fishes at the markets where the fish are landed.
Afterwards, the fishes are then chilled and ordered locally, and sent to our customers by importers and wholesalers in each country.
This is the reason why we are able to deliver fish in the freshest condition by far.
